Had a few warranty issues (mostly little stuff but aggravating nonetheless) that I needed to get squared away.
Called Gib over at DFO and he got me in right away. Rode over with RB and waited while the guys worked on my rig and got those last few items squared away.
They had the parts, were ready for me, took care of me, and I was able to even take a conference call for work during the service trip in the main show room and get some work done while they worked on my rig.
Can't beat that so I just wanted to say thanks to Gib, Andy in service/tech, Sammy & Josh, and of course Sonny for the entertainment with his new ball!
