fished the chowan and never caught a keeper. fished all the spots i had caught them in the pass and nada. how did everyone else turn out?

only 2 keepers here between Me & Andrew (lilfirebassr). Tons of 13 3/4" fish, but only 2 that measured up

1 fish for 2.9 caught it at 6:30 and that was it. caught plenty of short ones. did not catch a fish after 10:00. very tuff day

it was/is.....caught tons of fish, just all 1/16" to 1/2" too short
