    Just heard from a mutual friend that Gene Jones (flybyy1) has passed.

    He was a longtime regular on a really good trail here (MRAA) that I've fished occasionally over the years... that's where I met him. He moved to Hot Springs recently and it had been several weeks since I last talked to him... just hate to hear this news.

    Any of you who spent any time around Gene know that he was a great guy... he'll certainly be missed.

    RIP, Gene...
