    You can’t drive left footed?
There’s no use being stupid if you’re not willing to show it off.

Had a surgery for a bone spur back at the end of January on by big toe. Toe is still really swollen but it doesn't hurt anymore. Ready for the swelling to go down anytime. Good luck on your surgery I could not walk on it for 2 weeks after surgery that was not much fun.

I'm facing the same thing. Achilles tendonitis with bone spurs and arthritis in my ankle. I'm getting my MRI tomorrow. LOL

    Good luck with yours.

There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

My mom is a retired nurse who worked for several orthopedic surgeons before she retired and I had her check out my calf/ankle that has been bothering me for a few months. It seems to have gotten worse when its cold, it just gets stiff and my range of motion isn't as good and it feels like tendonitis at times. It never exceeded a 2 or 3 on the pain scale, but I brought it up anyway.

She warned me that I need to stretch the hell out of it as it can and will turn into bone spurs like you said. That tendon needs to be flexible and if it isn't, the first place it tries to get flexibility is the connection to the bone and it develops bone spurs.

When it starts getting inflamed, I stretch and try to rehydrate as they kind of go hand and hand. Additionally, I have a topical cream from dr solomons that I apply to areas like my calf/Achilles and my upper back/shoulder/rotator cuff (I have had a partial rotator cuff tear too) to help reduce inflammation and the stuff really works better than anything I have tried.

Get yourself a wedge to stand on to stretch your Achilles.

Good luck. I have a bone spur (small) and tendinitis. I have flat feet. I’ll be getting an orthopedic shoe soon. I also take Meloxicam for pain. It seems to keep it under control.
