    Cool 22 Cougar dual mount…

Recently picked up a 22 Cougar .What is the consensus as to which is the go-to best all around console dual mount? Currently have a Gen 4 Helix that is mounted with 2 angle brackets and a plate that the gimbal mount is bolted to. This mount is bolted to the flat face of the console. I have another 12 Helix that I will be mounting alongside the current Helix, so I will be needing something that is rock solid and can withstand all of the weight and bouncing/shaking that it will see. Looking at the BBT and the BoatEFX brands.

    Thanks in advance

Geigertec makes what I believe is the nicest dual console mount. https://www.radioworld.ca/product/ge...lassic-console

I’m personally using the Geigertec dash mount for a big single graph, but it’s made for dual graphs.

We bought our '22 Cougar off a pro, and it has 2 10" Garmins at the console with BBT mount/gimbals. Been solid so far, from the Mississippi to the East Coast and multiple points in between (and even after the pro 'beat up the boat' as some people will claim).

A BBT mount has always worked for me. All of them are pretty good and do the job. Depends on what you want to pay!
