Hey have a few questions. I recently bought a 98 tr18 with a carbed evinrude 150. My problem is the engine only turns about 4400 rpms. After looking at the engine I can see the throttles not opening up all the way. What do the high and low settings adjust on the throttle. I also have a hot foot that I’ll have to see if it is adjusted correctly. (The pictures shown are with the hot foot all the way down)
