    Updating smartcraft connect app?

    Has anybody had trouble updating the smart craft connect app to the latest version? For some reason mine will not.

    The APP itself, or the SC Connect Module itself?

    If it's the app itself, try removing/uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

    Strongly recommend any updates to the APP or SC Connect be done over a strong wifi signal with high-speed internet.

    Te app Don. I've tried updating the app multiple times &it fails. I'm going to see if i can do it at a buddys house where the wifi may be stronger to see if that helps.

    Rather than updating it, REMOVE it completely from your phone and from your account (icloud app store, for instance).

    The next step would be to try another smart phone or tablet to rule out some setting or problem in the phone you are using that might interfere.

    Make sure you have done a HARD RESET of your phone after removing the app... and before reinstalling it. I ran into that problem with a totally different app just yesterday.
