Xpress 185 skiff
Has anyone ever owned one of these and been unhappy with it? If so what did you not like. Ive read lots of possitive reviews from people who have owned them, and it seems most of the negative stuff is from people who have not actually owned one.
So for people who have actually owned or done a lot of fishing from one of these? what are your thoughts? Looking for a good marsh boat for flounder.

my son just bought one we were out a couple weeks ago great riding boat and well laid out but the seating leaves a lot to be desired no backrest on butt seat and nothing to hold on to for passenger at butt seat driver has wheel to stabilize to me poor design but with maybe with seating options or custom modifications it could be improved

Does he not have the one with the leaning post bench? Is his just the cushion that layes on the front endge of the rear deck?

leaning post if you get one make sure it has backrest and hand rails if option

one other thing i noticed if you are running along lets say 5000 rpm the throttle on console is always trying to creep to slower speed forceing one hand on steering wheel and other on throttle to maintain speed just seemed annoying to me it may be adjustable not sure
