Champion trailer

Considering replacing the trailer for my 2004 206. Does any manufacturer have templates for Champ trailers ? Has anyone had a trailer built and would recommend the builder? Thanks

i have a 2004 206 that i just did a lot of work on the trailer last fall, all new break system, leaf springs, spindle, wheel bearings but frame seems sound. i considered a new trailer but also didn't know where to get one either, what is wrong with yours

I replace my trailer on my 196 elite in 2013 and used loadmaster trailers in Ohio still looks brand new today very good people to deal with.

Try Jason Bragg at C&O Marine. I had a new trailer built for my Champion 221 back in 2022. Jason had it built from specs without me having to bring my trailer in and recommended a delivery service to ship it to my door in Minnesota. I never left home.

Jason would be a good choice. He was brand manager for Champion and Stratos back in 04. Another would be Kelly Power at Ulrich Marine in West Branson, MO. He was National Sales Manager at Champion I believe. I'm sure both will offer to sell you a EZ Loader Customs trailer. My bet the same trailer as the 210 will fit the 206 and I know EZ Loader was building them for the Charger 210.

Thanks guys. sorry I disappeared for a few days. Didn’t mean to be rude, life got in the way.
mine has some rusted struts, a little bit of rust on some of the crossmembers. Probably could use a new coupler/break rework/etc.

I have a guy looking at it right now to just rework some of the issues, but I was also just looking at options for a possible replacement. The suggestions above are very helpful. Thank you

Wasn't there a guy in Texas custom building Champion trailers? I saw him advertise a trailer, but not sure if it was on here or Facebook. They looked very nice.
