    21XD setup???

I ran 20XD Bullets for many years until 2017 and quit fishing. I recently purchased a 1999 21Xd with a 250 ProXS. It has a 27 Trophy with vent holes plugged. Prop centerline is 1/2 below the pad. It spins like crazy out of the hole. I don't fish tournaments, so speed is not that inportant. I read about the Bravo props. Which one do you guys recommend? Boat runs light loaded. Thanks in advance

I had that set up a long time ago and a worked 27 trophy was the fastest and best but ran it 3/4” below pad. The

I have a 2005 21XD with 250 XS. It has 1:62 lower. The best running prop I had was the 26 Trophy. I got rid of that prop since it lost its hearing. I decided to try a 26 Pro Max. The Pro Max does everything better than the Trophy except for top end. Comes out of the hole very good. Mid range outstanding. Handling is great and it drives wonderful. I think 27 would have been really nice to try but I did not want to get into the prop carousel so I stayed with the safer choice. If you have 1:75 lower then 27 may be the way you need to go. I thought I would post another option.

If the Trophy did not spin so bad, I think it would be OK. Local Bullet guy here a running a Bravo. He says speed is not there, but fishes good. I found a Hydromotive 26 X-OB I may try. I really did not want to spend $1200 on a fishing prop. I used to send all my props to Perf. Propeller in Soddy Daisy, Tenn. who would you recommend to send the Trophy or another prop to?

Mark Croxton done my bravo. Very good work. I think there is a place in Wisconsin called DAH that does good work on a trophy if Mark has retired.

I fought the blow out issues with a Tempest, boat rode awful. I went to a 28 Bravo, ever other hole plugged corrected my issues. I am 1” below pad with a 1.75 Torque Master. 12” rapid Jack. It comes out of the hole awesome, right as the boat starts to break over back out of the throttle slightly and it is gone.

Are you guys running a Bravo XS? I see an XS 27.5 listed for sale and have been thinks about buying it. My XRS came with a 27 hydrimotive x-ob and it has a great holeshot, but lacks a little in other areas. Having it reworked would definitely help if I could find the right guy.
