Anyone going to Gaston on 8-18???

Mike, need to give me GPS number for your doc or something or you can come down to where I will be!! I dont know if you remember or not, it is in the cut to the right and behind Goat Island (I think actual name is Goins island) It is the dock that has the big high dive and rope swing, Just look for the Purple and Yellow baycat!

I see Goat Island on the map near the dam. It shows as submerged. Is this what you mean? The creek to the right is Lee's Creek...and the Summit Landing Ramp is in that creek. There's also a small, unnamed island in the mouth of the creek....(no name on my map, anyway) I'm thinking about coming down if i can get partner to come along...Will you be there on Sunday the 19th?

Everyone calls every island goat island here. I live in the first cove past Pea hill.

Next to a green house. The color kind, not the plant kind. Blue ranger in the dock.

You can visit your trolling motor.

I will be out there on saturday, look for Rocky Point I think was the point near where I will be, I will dig my map out and try to do GPS numbers, you will not be able to miss the boat! I will also be up on suffolk on friday morning comeing back down 258 around noon if anyone is putting in on any of the rivers let me know!

I am 3 miles from the Nottoway ramp on rt 258. Maybe I can run out and meet you for a few minutes during lunch break. I work from home Wed and Fri, so I can't launch....

See the shoal with the boat house to the right thats where I will be, but I am sure we will be out on the lake most of the day just look for my boat, me and 2 other families will be there with the kids playing!!

I wish you could too Gunny, I tell you what if they could make this hull with a bassboat type deck you would have the best rough water boat on the market!! This thing handles the normal big crusier wakes like there is nothing to it, never have to slow down!!

I know where you are, the shore to the left out to the main lake is one of my

favorites!!! To find my house go to main lake, cross the lake at Pea hill, one cove past the mouth down lake. round the point look for a green house, I live next door.
