Ok I noticed something Sunday that relates my golfing abilities with fishing.....which for what it is worth after I am done this post will make alot of sense. A golf ball weighs about the same as some of the lures we throw at great lengths to get the fish that we catch. So here is the deal.....on Sunday I was throwing a rat-l-trap and alot of cast when the wind was howling. So my point is a few years back when I was playing golf in tournaments and it was windy I could figure the wind off the tee and drive the ball 280-290 and put it precisely in the fairway. Ditto when hitting to a tiny hole on the green.....So when throwing a lure it works the same way in getting it to land where you want to in a crosswind. Also when throwing the lure into the wind I would imagine hitting a knock down shot to keep the ball low and the lure would stay low and fly farther.
So there you have it....I have correlated golf with fishing....![]()
