Purple Haze sets new speed record

As reported yesterday Mike Allen aka Purple Haze when to the Chowan river to a top secret prop test. After several test runs he come across with some unbelievable results. He accidentally installed a mazco 32 cleaver backwards which he spraded with pam cooking oil. and ran 101gps while turning only 4900 with zero chine walk and blistering holeshot. Viper said he had never seen a bigger smile on Mikes face. Only problem was an extreme amount of prop wash and at 93 the front deck carpet was starting to come lose and flap which started to impeded his vision. But a quick thinking Mike was able to throw 158 lbs of case plastic june bug flat tail worms on the deck which me was using as counter weight to avoid certain danger. Mike said corning was a little weak but the handled almost perfect in reverse. The overall test was a major break tru and expect more speed and an upcoming reverse driving experiment in the near future......

Hey, them Gamblers are crazy. There was one that gained like 8 MPH above 80 MPH with an increase of 150 RPMs in a B&W Boats Mag. Anything could happen.

All kidding aside, Ive always been amazed at how Gambler can make a heavy hull so fast. To the best of my knowledge, no other manufacturer has cracked that code.
