I know this has been discussed, but coudlnt find to much info on it. What are people doing for the fix on the "NITRO" lettering on the seats tearing around the letters? Some type of glue, vinyl repair kit, take it to upholstery shop?
Boat is always garaged, and seats have 303 protect on them.
Let me know what you have done in you had this problem, mine just starting in the last couple months.
Oh geesh. They used a hot press on the emblem. The thing is the skins are pulled so tight they will just keep ripping. The way I would probably approach it is take off the skins, and put something that will reinforce that area inside the skin. You might be able to find a vinyl filler goop to repair the seams. I bought this patch adhesive tape and just put it over the Nitro letters. Not the most elegant solution but it matches really well and looks better than the letters ripping apart.
