1997 Skeeter ZX202C Through-Hull Question

I recently bought a 1997 Skeeter ZX202C. First bass boat I’ve had and still learning about it. I noticed there’s two fittings that appear to be through hull fittings that are mounted vertically on the transom step. The livewell drains are plastic screens next to the drain plug. These are about a foot over from the live well drains and are vertical rather than horizontal. I was curious what these were for? I can’t see without pulling the batteries and tray. I’ll try to load a picture if that will help. Thanks in advance!
