    Robot server!

The wife and I hit the casino for a few hours this afternoon, Beltera Park in Cincy. We went in to get some late lunch and they have a robot that comes out of the kitchen with the food that stops at the table for the server to put on the table. Some how it knows which table to go and stop at, avoid people moving around, chairs etc.

Does it take complaints if you have a problem with your order?

Won't be long before sexbots are commonplace. I almost said they're coming but I don't think they're that far along yet. Probably need more foreplay
Some people are so judgemental. You can tell just by looking at 'em.--Some random meme

One of my neighbors had a "robot" mowing the yard this week (sort of like the robot vacuum cleaners inside the house).

AI and robotics are coming and it's going to get weird (think FFS weird, but not just fishing).

I am a robot assistant in two hospitals. It's actually pretty amazing what they are able to do. But it has to be said, they do what they are taught and programmed to do. Put one on a different floor than they think they are on, and things definitely don't go well. I still marvel at some of the ways they maneuver around crowded hospital units. As long as the Wi-fi is good, they work quite well.

Kura has them. I think the only think it did was bring us our drinks, still kind of neat.

If professionals who's careers depend on catching fish use FFS then that's what I'm using. Might be too simple of a philosophy but makes sense to me.

They have had one at the Skyline in Fairfield for a couple of years now. Its named Skywalker. That thing has paid for itself just for the amount of people that have gone to that location just to see it or have their kids see it. First adopter worked for them.

When they become self-aware, watch out...
