E-tec 50 hp, first service after 3 years or 300 hours, but than?

When will the next service be necessary? I got the information here in Sweden, that it should each 40 hours. Is this right?

    Thanks

Be aware that the 300 hr/ 3yr. service is for recreational engines used in fresh water. The next service is in another 300hr or /3 yr. period. If used in salt water, used commercially, used with lots of wide open throttle conditions, etc. then shorter service intervals are suggested. It's printed in the owners manual.
