I go straight braid 90% of the time. When not going 100% Braid I will go Braid to floro leader. It really doesn't matter.

I'm testing out the new Shimano Mastiff FC with great results. For good handling flouro it's hard to beat YoZuri Top Knot but you seem to sacrifice toughness for much better handling.

I've always used copolymer for cranking. It has enough backbone with some stretch so you won't pull bait outta fish's mouth on timid biting days.

I use invizx for everything, except for cranking. I use Berkley Trilene 100% fluro for cranking. Just prefer it for crankbaits.

Same. McCoy's Mean Green has been my staple.

Started using straight flouro on one of my crankbait rods in 17 lb. Everything else is braid to flouro leader.

Sunline Crankin line is great but a little pricey. Get it on sale this month for sure somewhere.

If I didn't like the little bit of extra sensitivity flouro gives me I'd be using 10# Big Game for most of my crankin needs. Even have it on a couple rods that get used for crankin or whatever I need them for.

#12 Big Game is the same diameter as #20 Sniper. I have been using YoZuri Top Knot and Assassin in #12. It has served me well

So far I've had about 50 different brands/types of fishing lines on my new tensile test machine. Seagur Abrazx has the MOST stretch/elongation of every line i've tested. It is also very fragile. Any tiny miss-handling and it will break too early. It also breaks under the rated capacity. I will never use it myself. Also Basix has better abrasion resistance.

    These are all 15# capacity
    #1 Black = Abraxz
    #2 Red = Basix
    #3 Blue = Invizx
    #4 Orange = Red Label

I’ve used Abrazx for years. ZERO issues with toughness, reliability, or breakage. It has been night and day better IMHO than the Sunline Assassin or Sniper I’ve used (Tons of issues with Sunline durability and breakage).
