Whacked my 360 with prop, now acting weird.

I stupidly raised my trolling motor up to fish shallow and didn't compensate for the 360. My prop whacked the outer casing of the 360 and it's been acting funny since. It keeps reading out of water but will get working if I take it in and out of water or give it a tap with my hand. There is obvious signs of my prop hitting the casing, but is there any chance HB would still honor it under warranty or am I screwed?

Although user damage is not covered by warranty, the Humminbird repair cost for Mega 360 is $325.45... Far better than having to by a new unit or even a used unit.
