    Went to Austin Friday

Martha got off work at noon friday so we went to Austin and spent the night with our daughter. It was a good visit and our grandson is growing. He is 14 now. Spent friday night with them. Had to visit my cousin and his wife who were at thier daughters house in Ceder Park. My cousin's wife has a very rapid growing form of cancer. She was brought to Austin to a cancer treatment hospital and went into a coma there. The doctors didn't think she would ever wake up from it but she did. She is now at thier daughter house and Hospis has taken over, they have givin her a week. My cousin and I as kids were very close, like brothers and have stayed close over the years. I had to see her and him. I am not posting this to ask for prayers, it is past that. It is a posibility we may miss the rally, may even have to leave there after we get there if we get the call. Right now our plans haven't changed, but they could on any day.

we sure have had a good amount of illness among this group the past year, I was hoping 2011 would be better, but it ain't got off to a very good start, lets hope for a strong finish.

I hope the transition is painless and smooth. As for the rally it will be understandable if you don't show because of something such as this. My prayers are sent and stay strong for the rest of the family cause they will need a good shoulder I'm sure of.

So sorry to hear that Skip, sent for the family. Everyone will understand if you don't make the rally. That is life, it will throw you a curve everyday.
