    THE party is over

Headed back to the real world tomorrow. It would not take much to convince me to live out the rest of my days in this dumpy ole trailer house on the lake. It's been a grand time and yesterday was the the ultimate grand finale, the retirement party / pig roast, for Mr. Merchant and it was another GREAT throwdown here at Lowes Creek Park. The band was off the charts excellent, played everthing from Merle, George to Skynyrd, Tucker and more. The boy could put some serious bend on the electric geetar strings. Craig the Abilene jug is EMPTY and as promised via one pull at a time. I am still feeling the effects from last night. Way whole lotta bunch of Busch Light and then made the brilliant decision to walk back to the trailer and get the jug of Single Barrel. As I slow....ly loaded some things and aired all the tires in the boat trlr and PU today something really strange would happen in my head ever time I bent over.
I'll have to post a few photos.

Now you know how I felt on the return trip to Abilene when Reggie and I was down for the Rally. Seven and a half hours of "I feel like chit" later we were home.

Sure is some purdy water. Wouldn't want to go swimming in it.

That was my EXACT thought. Where's the red in the water? I was stoked when I could see my lure 6 feet from the boat this morning.

I didn't fish it, hell I didn't fish at all. Burned leaves, busted up some firewood, and sat on my azz and drank some Millers. Stacy took the plastic boat out and caught a few crappie in front of the camp.
