    Garmin 942xs won't see transducer or GLS10...

So my Garmin unit will not "see" my LVS32 or the GLS10 box...I've done a reset, updated the software with Active Captain, and have plenty of clean power to the front (Sea Clear harness and 2 50ah lithiums in parallel...Solix 10 at the bow on the same Sea Clear feed reads 12.9v)...I've watched a bunch of youtube vids and read a ton of threads and I'm at my wits end...lol. Light on GLS10 box is doing the 3 red flashes with a pause which indicates the transducer isn't connected, but it definitely is.

    Thoughts?

After digging around some menus, I was able to see that the GLS10 was in fact showing up, but not the LVS32. So I was able to get ahold of Garmin and they have a new transducer headed my way to the tune of $310...

I'm not sure how the transducer could have gone bad, as it worked fine 2 weeks ago. I spent a good bit of last weekend swapping out my trolling batteries to a single 36v and just rerouting and cleaning up the wires in the bilge. So who knows, maybe there was some sort of surge or something (although I'm sure there wasn't lol). Fingers crossed, a new transducer will solve the issue.

One good thing, through youtube and reading posts on here I was able to do the troubleshooting they would have walked me through on the phone.
