Did you lose a phone at a ramp on Falls Lake

I found a phone laying on the ramp at Falls this morning (6/26/2023) around 6:30 AM. Batter was still up so must have been recent but only one other truck in the lot and it was not theirs.

You should be able to call an emergency contact even with the screen locked. I left mine on top of my wifes car a couple years ago. Someone say it fly off. My Wife was listed as the emergency contact. They called her. I was able to get my phone back.

Didn’t know that was a thing. Just thought it would call 911.

I'm pretty sure you can call 911 even if the phone isn't activated. If the phone owner set up an emergency contact it can be called without logging in.
