    Have a HUGE.....

Decision to think over with the wife. Im thinking about and we have been talking about maybe for me taking an overseas contract job with Northrup Grumman. It would pay ard 130K for a year. 6 months there 2 weeks home and then the remaining 6 months after. Just really thinking about it And how many times I have been over already during my military career.

Just really thinking about it. What would be your thoughts

I would be in Kabul Afghanistan. Working in the BDOC manning a new system that is used to intercept incoming mortars n rockets. The system will be able to determine point of origin n point of impact. The projectile only needs to be a few feet of the off the ground and this system will lock on at it's highest trajectory and shoot it down.

We've been talking about it alot. Just about everyday as I'm getting calls and more info daily. Of course I would lol. We would actually trade my Tahoe in for a suv for her thY she can drive and when i get back for my mid tour I'd be going up to marine outlet and ordering and putting half down on my boat n paying off the rest when I got home. And then buying me either a Toyota tundra or sequia suv

see what happens tho I just want to have a job with them once I return my biggest deal

I would rather make minimum wage and be home with my wife and kids.

Mike, you got to do what you and Kay think is best for you both. Would you have a job with them when you get back? It could get you on your feet financially, but the separation is tough on a marriage - a year is a long time. Personnally, if I was single, I would do it in a flash!! Being married, though, is a different story. Good luck on whatever you decide!
