Tackle shops near San Antonio

Are there any really good tackle shops near San Antonio that I need to check out. Since its raining figured I'd check out some fishing stuff. Looking for general tackle shops, wholesalers, tackle macking suppliers anything tackle related.

Willing to drive up to around 2 hrs from San Antonio.

There is a BPS located in San Antonio, a Cabela's in Buda and probably several Academy stores throughout San Antonio; don't know about any of the smaller shops that might be in the area.

BPS out on I-10 N

Academy Sports just about everywhere you look

Cabela's in Buda, TX about an hr north on I-35

Probably a Dick's around there somewhere.

Pourman Baits is about 45 min west of San Antonio on I 10 If you want some of the best jigs around...

Yeah, I was hoping there were some locally owned shops that were really good. I may check out Academy but typically don't shop at the chain stores.

Does Pourmans have a shop?

Yes right at my house and all we sell are jigs..

You might also look up Oldhams Jigs in Wimberly TX. He makes some really bad ass jigs.
