Lake Falcon in a couple of weeks

My buddy is in San Antonio until the end of the month on business. He will have a couple of days off in a couple of weeks and is considering hiring a guide and fish Falcon for a couple of days. Since he is from Kentucky and knows nothing about Texas fishing much less Falcon, the question is as follows:

What sort of pattern are the fish in at Falcon currently, pre -during -post spawn?
Is it worth a man traveling from San Antonio for a couple of days and hiring a guide for a couple of days to fish Falcon?
If so, can anyone reccommend a guide and accomodations in the Falcon area?

The fish are mostly post spawn
To be that close and not fish Falcon is crazy.
I would recomend Robert from roberts Tackle in zapata.
