Oil Consumption 2003 250

Rusty, my 2003 250 seems to be using a large amount of oil. Is it possible that it is in double oil? How can I tell with the Diagnostic software.
Version 1.42b Kit P/N 5005388
2002 and older Ficht Outboards
P/N 3030336
This is what I now have. If it will not work which do I need to get? Thanks Tom

The only way it would be in break in is if someone reset it.

How much oil?

Look close at the oil return line, if its pinched it will cause it to use ALOT of oil.
