I'm compleatly agree Mike, now let me tell you a short story, I become a fishing man just three or forth months ago, my kid ask permision to go fishing with a Neighbors and my wife don't let him go, so he ask me to go fishing, I ask a coworker and friend in my work what i need to buy to bring my kid to fishing and he give me a complete list, so i take my son to fishing nest weekend and have a grat time together 4 weeks later my son ask me why we don't have a boat, so we can go other places to fish and i think that was a grat idea, so after a cosultation with my wife i buy a boat, actually my firen in the work sell me his boat, a Champion 91, 184DX dual console and Mercury 175 EFI, from that day I'm a fishing guy (actually the driver of the boat) becouse my son is the real Fishing guy (lol).
Well that is my story and how I buy a boat and become almost a fishing guy......![]()
You don't have to be the best fisherman to be a fishing guy. All you really have to have is the want to fish and the enjoyment of the outdoors. And it looks like both of you have that.

It doesn't get any better than that Jordi. My son is 30 now, but all I have to do is tell him I've got the boat hooked up to go fishing and he'll jump in his truck to meet me.

My dad is the same way still........ I almost 30 myself and everytime we go out we learn something new on the lake rather it be fishing, or work related, or something personal... I will never forget those days with him on the water.... now that hes gotten older he cant fish as much or as long anymore so after about 3 hours he takes the chair and sits down in the back and we talk or he just sits there and watches me fish.... I am sure i will be doing that with my daughter one day soon too, I cant be either one of my daughters outta the boat and they are only 4 and 6..... Fiahing really is a lifetime of memories
In away we all probaly thank our fathers or close friends for introducing us to this sport and looking back to when we first started, from fishing on the shore to being in a lil john boat to the nice big boats we have today

That's a great story Jorge! Brings back a lot of memories of when and how my son and I got our first boat. Congratulations to you both! And for what it's worth, you're already a great fishing guy in my book.![]()
