Re: Trip to Hubbard Creek (BMF ZX-250)

hey when u get there the first sign of public boat ramp will be at the creek. Just keep going straight and u ll see the other boat ramp before u cross the bridge where u can see the whole lake. That boat ramp I most go to. If the winds blow too hard I would go up to the creek ramp. I don't know if I could go up there this weekend but I ll let u know if I get to go.

Been fishing there every week for the past 6 weeks. 2 over 8lbs, 2 over 7lbs, 7 over 6lbs and several 5lbrs. I can give you some info on where I have been doing good and also I have a bunkhouse at the ranch with all the comforts of home about 10 minutes from the ramp. IM me and will give you some info on lodging and fishing. Also night fishing for bass is starting to turn on.

Sounds like fun Hugo. Wish I could make it. I pick up my grandson Thursday morning and Martha would be a tad mad if I ran off with him this weekend.

The important thing is I am going! But yea I know how commitments are I'm the same but its work that messes mine up. If the Rigs get TD'd on schedule, cement jobs get done in time its go time! I want to make it a 3dayer but will settle for a day trip. I just want to to get out of here!!!!!!

I haven't been there is a couple of months but the lake has been on fire. Fish the grass and you will do alright.

Good luck, wish I was going there.
