    Slow Rolling Spinnerbaits: What is your go to blade combination and weight?

    Wanting to try this technique this pre spawn season. What do you guys prefer?

    That’s a pretty loaded question. The blade combination of a spinnerbait is very dependent on water color for me. I use a 1/2oz spinnerbait 90% of the time. Dirtier water I’m using double Colorado. If the visibility is good I go with double willow

    I fish on deep clear water reservoirs and I love Nichols spinnerbaits 3/4-1oz willow blades. In my waters it’s white on white or white with silver blades

    Its hard to say really depends on the depth and water color i do it with a 1/4 in dirty water with deep cup colorado in brass with a gold in front in chart or white and chart

    Really depends on water clarity, cover and how deep for me. Use everything from 1/4 to 1.5 oz. Mostly double willow or willow Colorado combo. I usually only throw a single or double Colorado at night unless the water is a mud hole.
