    Eric Bieniemy

Passed over again for a HC job. He must be a terrible interviewee or something in his past is disqualifying him.

The offense runs through Andy Reid. I think in Andy's system the Offensive Cordinator has little influence in play calling or "say so". Just my thoughts.

Could be a factor but it never stopped anyone from hiring Saban's DC's.

This is the answer. He doesn't call the plays and Reid OCs never call plays.

This is not per what Andy Reid says. He has stated a couple of times that Eric calls the plays and Andy only gets involved on key situations.

Maybe deep down inside he is happy where he is? The asst coaches that are with decent teams probably have a good thing.
Yes, they may eventually have to fall on the sword....But that would be better than having to deal with local and national media!

I thought that I heard on ESPN that he doesn't interview well.

There is a definitely a reason he isn’t getting hired, but it isn’t because he can’t coach…

He must not impress during these interviews. It's hard to believe that a team like Houston wouldn't hire him over Lovie Smith.

Andy don't look all that healthy, he should take over when Andy retires.

I'm not the type to cry racism at everything, but I do think it is a factor with these head coach hires. The rich older guys who own the teams likely want to hire someone they are "comfortable" with. Unfortunately that bias is all it takes for someone to not get hired.

You have to admit that the Black QB's had a rough go of it for years at being given the chance to prove themselves.
