Lake Murray in 4 weeks

I got a company tourney on sept. 29. Putting in at Dreher Island. I fish out of a tracker with a 30hp, I ain't afraid to run a long distant but just got to commit to it once I'm there. Gonna try to go pre-fish twice. Just wondering what to expect in 4 weeks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In 4 weeks, I would stock up on Shad Rap #5 in silver and shad and throw at the shore all day. You'll do fine with that. Just be aware Murray can get pretty cranky pretty fast in a smaller boat. You could just stay in Crystal Lake too.
