    Last nights supper

One of our favorite meals of deep fried crappie fillets and cold natties..we have this once a week year around as I keep plenty in the freezer. Had a couple good days on lake Shelbyville last weekend so had a batch of fresh fish.

Pan fried fresh crappie is the best. fried red taters, and hushpuppies to boot. Can take or leave the slaw as cabbage is ruint for me because of the covid, cabbage taste terrible now.
