    200 looper,surge in power

    I have a 1990 E200SLESE,it seems to run fine at 65 to 70 mph at 5400 rpm,but it surges every few mim's to 5800 rpm for a few second's then back to 5400 rpm,what could be causeing this? Thank you -----Don

    Almost sounds like a coil breaking down or a plug wire arcing to ground. You could try hitting the choke when it happens and see.
