timing for 91 fastrike??

I bought a service manual but haven't got it yet can someone give me the timing for a 91 Fastrike J150GLEI the freind is going to check timing tomorrow and i want the right numbers thanks in advance

Set the two pointers in the middle you should be real close. But set it in the H2O here's the specs, Idle 6* +/- 1* ATDC. WOT 20* +/-1* BTDC with the proper test wheel installed. VST drop should be 1 1/4" to 1 11/32" upright parallel to body inverted. Carb floats parallel inverted and 11/32" to 1 1/8" normal. Don't bend the float arms bend the tab behind the float arm.
