What is everyboyd's favorite map for a lowrance on the potomac river? I just got a 7000c.
Anyone point in a direction to any decent potomac map?

I have the Navionics "U.S. Mid Atlantic & Canyons" Gold Charts Card for my unit and have not had a problem fishing the Potomac River & Chesapeake Bay Region.
Navionics now has even better map cards since I got mine in 2005. Go to their site and find the region you want. The Gold Series now covers the entire east coast.
I still would get a GMCO map. I still like a map in my hands at times.....

Thanks! I still use the paper maps, but I just wanted an updated map for my chartplotter.
I still use paper maps because if you fish the rappahannock in certain areas upriver of the 301 bridge. You have "zero" coverage. I use the 2008 Gold Series Navionics Chip.![]()
