Skiatook Lake

Use to fish the lake quite a bit many years ago and was thinking of taking a couple of days next week to give it a try again. I know it gets a bad rap but is the fishing really not that good? Seems to have some big smallmouth in it. Last time I was there it seemed overrun with spotted bass. Thanks Greg

There are some good smallmouth in the lower end of the lake,and yes the lake is infested with spots. Also a real good lake for hybrids.
