It appears to me that TW is only partially open. I'm receiving shipments from Japan faster than I am from Tacklewarehouse in California. I almost placed a $100 order today but they wanted $55 for delivery on a delivery date of April 15th...... that's over 2 weeks! I'll stick with Susquehanna Fishing Tackle and Land Big Fish!

You can get two day shipping for $11, only way I can see them charging you $55 is for overnight. And they still have free shipping on orders over $50, but it might take a couple of weeks. I just placed on order this weekend and paid the $11 2 day fee and it shipped today.

Yeah I hate to pile on them but I placed an order St Patty's Day and was fine when they told me the 25th. They told me on Saturday through their chat that it would ship on Saturday, the 27th and apologized for the delay. Here we are on Monday and I have a tracking number but it clearly has not left their facility.
I love their selection and the fact they have most of what I need or want in stock. Pushing two weeks to simply get it out the door is a little excessive. If I needed it quickly I'd probably look elsewhere at this point. Seems this is their new normal.
They have always been great till covid slowed things down. Hopefully things get back to normal.

They really do need to move to a more business friendly state. Can u only imagine how much money they have lost from the state if CA Covid restrictions. Maybe they r getting some government money to help. I don’t see how very many places stay in business out there.

Because I had to figure out why other people had been having the same problem, I added something to my cart then went to checkout. It turns out (for me at least), when you click "Estimate shipping" at checkout, it defaults the country to "MLDV" which is apparently what's going on with this. Once I changed it to United States, "MLDV" is no longer the default, and is otherwise completely gone from the list. What a weird glitch!
Don't feel bad...who in the world would've thought it would default there?
And still super, super delayed shipment times regardless. It calculates 4/19 for standard shipping to me. It's always been closer to 5 days.

Ordered on the 19th and haven't even got tracking data. Being in CA, I'm used to overnight shipping. First time I've ever had to wait. Buddy of mine down the road is also waiting. If they can't get them out to us less than 50 miles from them, no wonder it's taking longer to get to Moldova. LOL.
