My parents just arrived at Texoma today. They are on their 30 wedding anniversary trip. Are there any tips I can pass on to help them catch some fish? When they called me an hour ago they were very impressed by the lake! Just thought I could help to give them a little direction for when the real fishing starts tomorrow. Thanks guys!
Where are they staying at? The lake is pretty muddy north of the railroad bridge and stained in the solider creek area. We caught them on jigs and spinnerbait last week in 1-5 foot of water
I'm not sure where they are staying at. It is by Medell I think. They had terrible luck the last two days, but went out with a guide today for some striper fishing. I'm told the fishing was crazy! Essentially, they had multiple limits in an hour!
Some old guy was their guide. He used to be a pro circuit guy or something. They say your lake is really nice.
