Z9 Replacement Seats

I’m looking to replace my seat in my 2015 Z9. Anyone any suggestions on where I should start looking. I’ve looked at bassboatseats.com and they seem to have the best option that I’ve found. Just wondering if there’s anywhere else I should look. Thanks in advance.

Try contacting Nitro see if they have any left.

Yeah I thought about that but they had to warranty a set within a year of me owning it. So I’m not to interested in now paying for a set that are going to come apart at the seams again within just a couple years. IMO Nitro is not known for their seat quality. I’m not hard on my seats either, I’ve never once used them as a step and that’s the first thing I tell my co-anglers as well.

Yeah the vinyl they used to use was too thin, the newer seats seem to holding much better.

Any upholstery shops around? If your foam is in good condition they should be able to recover them with good materials for a fair price.

I would look into putting the new style Nitro seats in the boat (much better quality than the old seats) or order from bassboatseats.com.

I just replaced seats in my 2015 Z8 with the Nitro seats from BassBoatSeats. Quick and easy and they seem great. I did the same style that was in there. Backs are slightly lower.

I noticed that they were lower. Do you notice any difference in comfort? I actually find my current seat very comfortable.

I bought Llbrock seats, 305 series, couldnt be happier, for about 1/2 the price of new nitro seats and they fit perfectly

Michigan here so have not been on the water yet, this coming weekend will be first time. Initial thought is they are good but not quite as comfortable as original. I do think my install made them lower too. I am going to reinstall higher and see how it goes.

Where in Southern MO are you located?

Have you called Bass Pro parts and service in Springfield to see if they can get them? Have you considered having an upholsterer redo it?

I’m in Nixa. But I haven’t had had good luck with the factory seats so I’m going with aftermarket. I just haven’t decided which one I’m going with.
