i have a upcoming club tournament on belews and have never been to the lake and have no time to go pratice it is on feb 25th if anybody can help me out any i would greatly appericate it

The lake is very clear 10-14' visibility so natural colors tend to work best. I can tell you they did not want watermelon red this weekend

how is the jig bite down there?

The jig, carolina rig, a rig, and everything else we threw besides a shaky head with a black worm sucked. Saw bucks up shallow.... only saw one real nice fish shallow. We had about 9 pounds and I think 11 something won Saturday. If the wind had have been a little calmer I am thinking a fluke might have been worth throwing
