Pimpin' ain't easy, but it's necessary.
I was gonna try, but I am working on one of my rental houses. I guess I'll let the water warm up one more day. Gonna hit it Thursday am. Good luck. Let us know how you do and pm me and tell me what you caught them on and where with gps coordinates. LOL>

I'll be there about noon. Caught one over 6 on Sunday so want to go try them again.
I am going tomorrow but to the saltwater for some deep water hunting..
Have a good day and post some info on the lake and your fishing adventure..

One of you guys that catch fish give me some insight there. One time I can catch em, next time I blank. I fished there years ago, but 15 years of pro archery and traveling the country things have changed. I have only fished there about a half a dozen times in the last 20 yrs and they have all been in the last year and a half or so. I used to do okay there, but now I cant seem to find em consistently.

It's the same for me.. The fish have gotten very savvy and keen with the pressure it receives.. The last time I went out I sero'd but the time before that we had pretty good success..
Suggestion, start from the back of the creeks and work out.. Don;t forget the center of the creeks as some my hold off on moving up.. I've been successful on SB's, TR, CB's and rattle traps.. but then again, those same lures zero'd..
Good luck..

I caught a few on a crankbait the other day but talked to a guy that caught some on jigs and another had 8 on an A-rig. Seen on another site a 21" and 24.5" that a guy caught on c-rigged gulp pogies which are saltwater baits so it might be more about finding the fish than finding the right bait.
grrr guess maybe not...

Thanks guys,
Ill give it a try and post up how I do.

I plan on being their mid morning till dark. All I've heard is that they're still scattered, which makes sense seeing as i have heard about all kinds of patterns being used with varying success. I found 3 the other day in the back of cove with Senko. With water temps 54 on Sunday, no telling what it will be tomorrow. I'll be in the red/white Skeeter with my dog Scout. can't wait.
Caught 25 + today from 100 to 500. They bit everything.
stratos thats a great day ....any bigguns?? what was water temp?
Water 50-52 .

I got a feeling it will be a very good spring on Harris.![]()
A friend put some CATT flyers on trucks at Harris today...he said there was at least 100 trucks and trailers...was he joking?
he wasn't joking ... looked like a saturday during summer out there ... i even saw some wakeboarders haha
Brett, I got the yellow flyer! I dont think anyone works anymore!
We caught 12 from 12:30-5:30 but no big fish.
yea i know two guys personally that dont ever work, one of them seems to be a pretty decent insurance man but seems he is doing way too much fishing! Leave my fish alone i need those! haha
