    Small lake information

Heard about a small lake near Graham, NC called Cammack. I did get a little information that it was 5 foot down and had some good fish in it. Is there any more than that?

Thanks Steve I was getting Cammack and Quaker Lake mixed up. I had been to Cammack but I do not remember when I was there last. I called over there and the lake is down 5-6 foot. I will get over there but I might just wait till the temp drop a little.

Cammack is just down the road from me. Water skiers and jetskis run the entire lower end during summer. Only lake I dislike more than Macintosh. Fish are not real plentiful but there are a few bigguns swimming around.

Thanks Keith, I remember that lake now from back when i first got my boat in Graham. I was on the lake in 2000 I think it was and I wasn't that fond of it. I don't know which is worse Mac or Cammack. Only difference is the skiing and jet skis. I think the lake is down 5 foot now for what reason I do not know.

There working on the dam... I live about 5 miles from there and there is only one ramp open with the lake being down 6ft. I havent fish there since last year but fishing has sucked for the last couple of years. I was told they took a lot of the 3,4,5lbers out years ago and put them in Randleman just a rumor but the guy that told me is a Christian fellow so....Dont expect the dam to be fixed until Oct. Then we will need rain!!

Thanks Butch. I am not going to either until this heat backs off. I got back involved with Last Cast Bass Anglers bass Club and their nex tournament is at Cammack in August I think. I called there and was told the lake was down 6' so i don't think I am goind there anyway. Got a new depth finder coming and have to install it so I will be tied up with it.
