    Mooresville area trip

Getting ready to make a weekend trip to the Mooresville area to celebrate my 28th year of hard labor.. Not going to get to fish.. Besides doing a dineer on the Lady of the Lake, what other recommendations do you have for us to venture too in this area..

    Thanks
    Dave

I will ensure we route ourselves through BPS on the way to or from.. unless someone has a better suggestion on tackle stores...

There is a very very very good store over in Cherryville. Maybe 30 minutes from Mooresville you can also do Fleming here in Salisbury but I think he closes at 12 on Saturday

If your staying the night, run up to Welcome, N.C. and go thru Richard Childress's Shop. then back down to his Vineyard to do some sampling. Congrats on the 28 yr Annv.

You might check out the Nascar Hall of Fame down in Charlotte.

Enjoyed the lady.. Food was super, refreshments were better and glad the rain cooled things off.. I believe Berry was our Captain, was happy he excepted a late call.. Next time I make that ride it will have to be for some other water event though..
