    motor mount help

    How hard is it to replace motor mounts and are there bushing on the tube that pivots when trimmed my motor move quite a bit side to side?? And how much would this cost in parts?

    Qty 2 436853 @ $100 each the head has to come off to install and that requires a new gasket also. Gasket part # is 335419 @ $10.00

    That's for the motor mounts correct how about bushing or spacers on the tube that the mtotr pivots on are there some there that could wear out also??

    Correct that is for the upper mounts. Go here http://www.usboatsupply.com/Ev...a.php and select your model # and then go to midsection to see the complete parts needed for your repair. This one is best left to the pros though.

    Looks like I have a similar problem. Marine shop quoted $1,000 for the job. how critical is this if there's a little wobble?
