    Re: News RB (rb)

Was at MG's on Sunday and we walked down to his dock (HR). Saw a couple shad dying and Mark said he's been watching the gulls feed on them. We needed a cold winter to get rid of some of the food.

Going to be a great spring, for sure!

Fished Flat swamp tuesday. Water temp 45 degrees. Gulls feeding on dead shad. temp was 62 degrees and sunny. Did not get anything but was fun getting on the water again.

Havent posted on here much, Usually on fishing with rusty. Im on wylie alot, used to fish Norman from statesville (long island marina), stayed up lake area for 4 years 98-02 in a red/white javelin. Are there alot of guys on this site that post on wylie? Ive spotted a few on here from the screen names being the same as the other board. Fishing on Wylie has been hard lately. Most bites coming from deep, fishing slow....

    Welcome Louie.

There are lots of High Rock, Norman, and Wylie guys on here. A few check in from the more easterly ponds as well, and a coupla guys show up from the mountains.

I've not been to Wylie in over a year, look foward to getting back this spring. High Rock has been much the same, I did get one nice fish the other day, and last Tuesday I broke a hook (!) trying to put one in the boat. Prolly a catfish

    Stick 'round. Good folks..

    Re: News RB (BruceAlmighty)

So does that mean you have a shadboat instead of a bassboat?

Good to hear that you got out on the water, Bruce.
