Today was a tough day. I about froze this morning and really did not warm up until noon. I manage to get my limit by the end but really had to work for my 5 keepers. My 5 were 12.95 lbs which was 2nd place. I think only one other person had a limit, and they had a little over 14 lbs. I am thinking about hitting Tuckertown tomorrow
Rodney, I fished Tillery today it was tuff only had 1 fish 5.8 lb but my partner on BBC had a limit just under 16lbs I still finished 4th!
I was at Badin Sat am as well. No tx just for fun.... caught 3 over 4lbs before 9am on a black and blue jig on main lake. I went up river towards a gar creek but couldn't get bit in the muddier water, headed back in the creek behind circle drive near the new bridge constuction and pulled a smaller keeper with a blade. Maybe 13lbs total with 4 fish- couldn't get a limit but good day for me.... a bit nippy before noon...
Any and all pics posted may have been altered to make my bass look bigger and belly smaller.....
Yea I do not get many bites. I only had 2 short fish and I lost some thing large. I thought I was hung in the brush pile and I trolled over to get it off and it started swimming. I could feel her shaking her head when the bait came out
