    Miserable day on Hyco

We had our first club tournament of the year at Hyco today. It started raining about 8:30 this morning and it was still raining when we got back to Fayetteville at 8:00 tonight. The temp fell about 12 degrees during the day and the wind blew all day. The fish did't seem to mind. Ist place was 12lbs, 2nd 11lbs, 3rd & 4th had over 8lbs but it was still MISERABLE!!!!

Re: Miserable day on Hyco (dk239)

I hate days like yesterday when I'm fishing. When you're wet and getting colder, it just isn't as fun. I know what it was like here in Asheboro, and I'm glad I didn't have to fish in it.

On another note...I rode to BPS and saw BW (and what seemed like 2 bazillion other people). It was good to see you again Hume!

I was on Kerr, started out fishing in a long sleeve t-shirt, by the end of the day I had 3 layers and still freezing.
