thinking about fishing a tourney tonight on badin cause i have nothing better to do anyone got any help never fish at night much

It's lots of fun.

I used to take my dog with me, had no lights or all the fancy stuff, so I had to figure out how to sort out where the fish was when I was trying to get him in. Dog is interested and large, so trys to push me out of the way (boat) to get a look.

I found later that a black light was nice. That and flouro monofiliament line, as it glows with the black light. Then you have a chance of seeing the line jump, and also a chance to figure out where the fish is going when you are trying to lip it.

I used black zoom trick worms with a small weight texas rigged.

Have not gone in a coupla years, but will do some this summer for sure.
