its always the first place open in western ma.. so, with this warming trend im thinkin i a week or 2 i should be on my way..
anybody else fish there?? i could hit the ct river. but that place is prob. high and muddy now from all th ice melt.

I havent been there, but Im fishing a tourney there in may so I will be hitting it in a couple of weeks hopefully
South pond is wide open and middle pond is open down by the marina and the boat ramp, the rest of middle pond and north pond still have slush ice on them but I think this rain should take care of most of what is left
thanks for the update scott!!if you could keep us posted as to when the north pond loses all the ice that would be great!!
me and brent will be on the water as soon as it is.. we caught um last year the water temp was 44 i think..

I would like to know what the ice situation here is too. I am hoping to get out this weekend supposed to be gorgeous Saturday..fingers crossed. Does anyone know about the conditions out on Lake Cochituate in Framinham Ma?
i heard it gonna be 62 degs on sat!!!and in the high 50s for this whole week!!

i tried calling saunders marina to see if the north end is open yet... but no answer...

congamond is open and i'll be on the water tomm at 8am!! i'll log on this weekend and let ya know how it was!! one things for shure... its gonna be really busy at the ramp !!!!
